Regular massage is a must for any runner or active individual. It is a great way to reduce stress, decrease muscle tension and manage the symptoms of acute and chronic pain. I offer individual sessions for 60 or 90 minutes as well as targeted specific sessions to help you feel remember what it feels like to be you.
